Where did my office and desk go?

A rare sight these days – me at my desk in my office. It does not mean that I stopped working. It simply means that technology has made my desk, my office, and my computer – obsolete. The fact is I really love my work and I am working all the time. As the CEO I am particular that I do only what the role is supposed to do – just CEO stuff. It does wonders to an organisation. With the expanding functionality of the smart phone and cloud technology – I am in constant touch. My job it can be summed up: thinking, reviewing, signing and meeting. Thinking – I never stop it; reviewing – I can do it online; signing – my office executive hunts for me (and then I also authorised two others) and meeting – I first plead – ‘Cant we do this over the phone?’.
