How our thoughts can weigh us down,eh?
If only we become aware of how our thoughts.
If only we could detach ourselves from our minds.
If only we could use the mind as a tool only when we need it.
One of my life milestones was the wonderful discovery of how my mind is not me and how my wandering mind could be the troublemaker, a storyteller who often repeats the same story – a monkey always jumping around.
I learned how we could use our breath to control our thoughts.
This is because breath is the only way we can connect our body and our mind.
It’s easier said than done, so let’s practice mindful breathing every chance we get.
